STOP WAITING

Thoughts for Life

What would you like to do with the time ahead? In the second half of life, that question can take on a new meaning. Stop Waiting is an invitation to stay curious, question familiar habits and make room for what matters.

These reflections bring together the mind, the body and what sustains us within: personal experiences, questions and ideas to connect with your own life.

Think clearly. Begin again.

What is holding me back? Which old idea of myself no longer fits? And what might still grow out of a failure?

Curiosity, creativity and the courage to begin again belong together for me. A journey, a book, a late career idea or a decision that has been waiting for years can all be a beginning.

Listen to your body

Our bodies change with age. Movement, rest and attention take on their own importance. I want to find my own pace and recognise what is possible today.

My experiences with yoga, meditation and travelling are part of that exploration. A good day does not have to contain an extraordinary achievement.

What matters in life

Relationships, letting go, meaning and what we leave behind: some changes begin quietly. A conversation. A reconciliation. The end of an obligation that no longer fits.

For me, Stop Waiting means giving these things a place in life today. A small step can matter.

Keep exploring

My books and films approach these questions from different perspectives. Choose the subject that speaks to you today.
